1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CryptoSphere's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

CryptoSphere provides premium lead generation services to businesses seeking qualified prospects. Our services include:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaigns
• Lead verification and validation
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our lead generation services are priced per qualified lead, with rates varying based on the advertising channel and qualification level:

• Standard Leads (Social Media & Display): $40 per lead
• Premium Leads (Search Engine & Content): $50 per lead
• Enterprise Leads (Direct Outreach & LinkedIn): $60 per lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet our qualification standards. If a lead fails to meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a full refund for that specific lead.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience criteria
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Following up with leads professionally
• Providing feedback on lead quality

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and lead data. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

CryptoSphere's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, processes, and technologies used by CryptoSphere remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer or replicate our lead generation processes.

10. Compliance

All lead generation activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act
• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
• GDPR (where applicable)
• State and federal privacy laws

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
